Refund& Exchange Policy

- International sales (Outside Egypt) are all final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed unless we made a mistake or there is a defect in the shipment/product.

- In Egypt, we will happily accept your return/exchange in a maximum of 3 calendar days from your receipt date if you’re not fully satisfied by your purchase.
However, you have to ensure that the item you’re returning is in its original state (new, unworn, undamaged), and repackaged and returned with all the original inserts. Otherwise, the return will be rejected.

 - In Egypt, Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
