- We offer shipping within 2-5 working days ( Weekends excluded).

- We will happily accept your return/exchange in a maximum of 3 calendar days from your receipt date if you’re not fully satisfied by your purchase.
However, you have to ensure that the item you’re returning is in its original state (new, unworn, undamaged), and repackaged and returned with all the original inserts. Otherwise, the return will be rejected.

- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

1. Apply your scents or lotions and let them dry before wearing your jewelry. Avoid applying them on top of your jewelry.
2. Avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, showering, or doing sports.
3. If you want to keep them shiny and clean, just gently rub them with a polishing cloth after you wear them.
4. Store your items in the velvet pouches or boxes they came in to keep them clean and safe.
